The Philips Semiconductors SCC68692 Dual Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (DUART) is compatible with SCN68681.

It is a single-chip CMOS-LSI communications device that provides two full-duplex asynchronous receiver/transmitter channels in a single package.
