An advanced level−shift circuit allows high−side gate driver operation up to VS = −9.8 V (typical) for VBS = 15 V. The input logic level is compatible with standard TTL−series logic gates. The internal shoot−through protection circuit provides 100 ns dead−time to prevent output switching devices from both conducting during transition periods.
