  • Reverse voltage: VR ≤ 20 V.
  • Low forward voltage.
  • Exposed heat sink (cathode pad) for excellent thermal and electrical conductivity.
  • Leadless small SMD plastic package with medium power capability.
  • AEC-Q101 qualified 1.3.
