GPS1502L Datasheet low-noise amplifier MMIC

Manufacturer: NXP Semiconductors

General Description

The GPS1502L is a Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) for GNSS receiver applications and is available in a small plastic 6-pin extremely thin leadless package.

The GPS1502L requires only one external matching inductor.

The GPS1502L adapts itself to the changing environment resulting from co-habitation of different radio systems in modern cellular handsets.
