Description

The SY898530U is a 1:16 Fanout buffer which can accept most standard differential logic levels and outputs the signal as a differential 2.5V or 3.3V LVPECL signal.

The part can amplify input signals as small as 150mVpp to the full LVPECL output swing.

SY898530U 500MHz 1:16 3.3V-to-2.5/3.3V LVPECL Fanout Buffer General Description The SY898530U is a 1:16 Fanout buffer which can accept most standard differential logic levels and outputs the signal as a differential 2.5V or 3.3V LVPECL signal. The part can amplify input signals as small as 150mVpp to the full LVPECL output swing. The SY898530U is well suited for clock distribution applications which demand versatility and low-skew performance. It is pin-to-pin compatible with IDT’s ICS8530 fanout buffer. The SY898530U operates from a 3.3V ±5% core power supply and a 2.5V ±5% or a 3.3V ±5% output supply. The SY898530U is guaranteed over the full commercial temperature range (0°C to +70°C). It is available in a 48pin TQFP lead-free package.
