MPQ4346/4346J 36V, 3A, Ultra-Low Quiescent Current Synchronous Step-Down Converter, AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION The MPQ4346/4346J is a configurablefrequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous, step-down switching regulator with integrated internal high-side and low-side power MOSFETs (HS-FET and LS-FET, respectively). It provides 3A highly efficient output with fixed-frequency, zero-delay PWM control for near optimal transient response. The wide 3.3V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range with 42V load dump support accommodates a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. A 1μA shutdown mode quiescent current (IQ) allows the device to be used in battery-powered applications.
