Description

The MPM54322 is a dual 3A power module that integrates two high-efficiency, step-down DC/DC converter ICs, two inductors, and selected passive components onto a single over-molded package.

Features

Wide 3V to 16V Input Voltage (VINx, where x = 1 or 2) Range.
Dual 3A and up to 6A for Parallel Operation.
MODE Pin to Select Output Voltage (VOUTx, where x = 1 or 2), Parallel Mode, and Timing via Pin-Strapping.
Remote Sense for Both Output Channels.
Configurable 500mA-Rated Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulator with VIN up to 3.6V.
Configurable Soft Start, Soft Shutdown, and Delay with MPS-Patented FLEX-Timer Sequence Control.
