Description

The MP26123 is a monolithic DC-DC stepdown switching charger for 2- or 3-cell Li-ion battery packs. mode control for fast loop response and easy compensation.

Features

include battery temperature monitoring and protection, charge status indication and programmable timer to cease the charging cycle when timer out. The MP26123 requires a minimal number of readily-available external components. The MP26123 is available in a 4mm x 4mm 16pin QFN package.
