RTS903 is a CMOS LSI designed for toys, doorbells, music boxes, and melody clocks/timers.

It is designed to play pre-programmed melody and is capable of generating dual-tone melody and natural sounds in piano effect.

  • - Wide operating voltage range: 2.4V to 5.0V Low Stand-by current 768-note ROM memory Direct LED drive, where LED flash is programmable. Typical oscillator frequency: 128 KHz Built-in digital envelope 1 sequence trigger key Audio output drives speaker directly. Power-ON Reset; melody begins from the first note. General.

General Description RTS903 is a CMOS LSI designed for toys, doorbells, music boxes, and melody clocks/timers. It is designed to play pre-programmed melody and is capable of generating dual-tone melody and natural sounds in piano effect. By pushing the sequence trigger key, all songs are sequentially selected and played with an Auto -Stop function. In addition, RTS903 provides PLED and PEN pins to drive LED and the motor.
