The SZ1SMB series is designed to protect voltage sensitive components from high voltage, high energy transients.

They have excellent clamping and high surge capability, as well as fast response time.

  • 600 W @ 1.0 ms.
  • ESD protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2 30kV(Air), 30kV (Contact).
  • ESD Rating of Class 3 (> 16 kV) per Human Body M.
