General Description
The LD6903 is a high voltage, micropower linear regulator, which features wide input voltage, low-noise, low-dropout and low-quiescent current. The precision of feedback reference voltage is within ±1.5% and output current is up to 60mA.
The LD6903 is available in a space saving SOT23-6 or SC70-6 package.
