CJ6213 Series Low-dropout Regulators
1 Introduction
The CJ6213 series is a group of low dropout voltage linear regulators manufactured using CMOS technology. It supports the input voltage range of 1.8V to 6V, and can also provide current up to 500mA under the condition of good heat dissipation. The CJ6213 series has ultra-low quiescent current and low dropout voltage, which can provide large output current even when the input and output voltage difference is very small. In addition, the CJ6213 series also features high power ripple rejection, ultralow output noise, and fast response speed.
