General Description

The TLE9371VSJ is the first high-speed CAN transceiver generation with signal improvement, used in HS Controller Area Networks (CAN) for automotive applications and also for industrial applications.

Key Features

  • Compliant to ISO 11898-2:2016, SAE J2284-4/-5.
  • Tx-based CAN FD SIC according to CiA 601-4.
  • Loop delay symmetry for CAN FD data frames up to 8 Mbit/s.
  • VIO input for voltage adaption to the microcontroller interface (3.3 V or 5 V).
  • Standby mode with minimized quiescent current.
  • Transmitter supply VCC can be turned off in standby mode for additional quiescent current savings.
  • Wake-up indication on the RxD output.
