LIA135 - Error Amplifiers

Description

The LIA135 and LIA136 are low voltage optically isolated error amplifiers with a precision programmable shunt reference combined into a single package capable of operating down to 1.6V.

Features

  • Low Input Voltage of 1.6V over temperature.
  • Precision reference, error amplifier, and optocoupler in a single package.
  • Voltage Reference: 1.299V ±0.5% @ 25°C LIA135: ±1% @ -40°C to +85°C LIA136: ±1.5% @ -40°C to +110°C.
  • LIA136: Reduced dark current at high temperature.
  • Common Mode Transient Immunity: LIA135: 5V/ns LIA136: 20V/ns.
  • Simplified frequency compensation.
  • CTR 500% to 2000%.
  • Lowest optical offset current (ICE vs. VL.
