LAA125 - Normally Open OptoMOS Relay

Description

LAA125 is a 350V, 170mA, 16 dual normally open (1-Form-A) relay.

It combines enhanced peak load current capability with low on-resistance.

Its MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die provide 3750Vrms of input to output isolation.
