CPC1596 - Load-Biased Gate Driver

Description

The CPC1596 is an optically isolated, load-biased Gate Driver that requires no additional power supply to bias the external MOSFET gates; in the off-state it regulates the voltage drawn from the load (up to 570V) down to 12.2V for internal use.
