General Description
The HT75Rxx-1 series of devices are three-terminal low-power high-voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology, which ensures low voltage dropout and low quiescent current. They can deliver 150m A output current and allow an input voltage as high as 30V. They are available with several fixed output voltages ranging from 2.1V to 12.0V.
