The H8/538F is the first microcontroller in the F-ZTAT™*2 family, which has on-chip flash memory that can be programmed on-board. The H8/538F is an original Hitachi high-performance single-chip microcontroller with a highspeed 16-bit CPU core and extensive on-chip peripheral functions. The H8/538 is suitable for controlling a wide range of medium-scale office and industrial equipment and consumer products.
