The HWS532 is a GaAs X-Crossed SPDT switch operating at 0.5-2.5 GHz in a UQFN12L (2x2x0.4mm) package.

  • High Isolation: 26 dB @ 2.0 GHz.
  • Single low control voltage: 1.3 to 3.3 V.
  • No external DC blocking capacitors required.
