Using an optimized VIPTM(Vertically Integrated PNP) process, the GS2615 delivers unequalled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs: Dropout Voltage: Typically 300mV @ 150mA load, and 7mV @ 1mA load. Ground Pin Current: Typically 850μA @ 150mA load, and 75μA @ 1mA load.
