Description

The ITR9901 (Slot Optical Switch) is a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode coupled with a silicon photo transistor in a plastic holder.

The packaging system is designed to optimizes the mechanical resolution, coupling efficiency, and insulates ambient light.
