Key Features

  • ETA6915 is a PMU, which integrates a 28V single cell Li+ battery Switching charger, and a 5V/1A Boost synchronous converter with true-shutoff function. ETA6915 has two versions: non-I2C and I2C serial interface versions. For the Switching Charger Module, the pre-charge current, constant current (CC) and the terminal Charge Current can be programmed through the I2C serial interface and the charging status can be read from the register.
