A Product Line of Diodes Incorporated ZXRE160 0.6V ENHANCED ADJUSTABLE PRECISION SHUNT REGULATOR Description The ZXRE160 is a 5-terminal adjustable shunt regulator offering excellent temperature stability and output handling capability. NEW PRODUCT In shunt regulator mode, the ZXRE160 simplifies the design of isolated low voltage DC-DC regulators. With its low 0.6V FB pin, it can control the regulation of rails as low 0.6V.
