Features

  • The DIODES PI6CG334Q is a 4-output very-low-power PCIe® Gen 1/Gen 2/Gen 3/Gen 4/Gen 5/Gen 6 clock generator. It uses 25MHz crystal or CMOS reference as an input to generate the 100MHz low-power differential HCSL outputs with on-chip terminations. The on-chip termination can save 16 external resistors and make layout easier. An additional buffered reference output is provided to serve as a low-noise reference for other circuitry. It uses Diodes' proprietary PLL design to achieve very-low jitter.
