CYW43012 - Ultra-Low Power IEEE 802.11n 802.11ac-friendly MAC/Baseband/Radio
Cypress (now Infineon)
Key Features
In IEEE 802.11n mode, rates of MCS0.
MCS7 (up to 64-QAM) in 20 MHz channels are supported for data rates of up to 72.2 Mbps. The CYW43012 provides 802.11ac friendliness by supporting 256-QAM (for 20 MHz channels in the 5 GHz band) enabling data rates of up to 78 Mbps with 802.11ac access points. All legacy rates specified in the IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n specifications are also supported. Included on-chip are 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz transmit power amplifiers and receive low-noise amplifiers. CYW43.
