High Power 1MHz External Power MOSFET Boost Controller CE8331 Series „ INTRODUCTION: The CE8331 is a external power MOSFET boost controller designed for single-cell lithium or two cell alkaline, NiMH, or NiCd battery powered applications. A switching frequency of 1.0MHz minimizes solution footprint by allowing the use of tiny, low cost and low profile inductor and ceramic capacitors. The current mode PWM design is internally compensated.
