Product Brief CP2168 V1.0 LED Driver Series High Efficiency 1X/1.5X Fractional Charge Pump for White LED (PWM Brightness Control) With Dual Channel 200mA LDO www.datasheet4u.com OVERVIEW The CP2168 is an integrated solution for 4 white LED supplies in backlighting color display applications and phone camera input supply. The device contains a self adapted charge pump white LED driver and dual channel low dropout linear regulators. The CP2168 is available in a small 20-pin 3mm*3mm QFN package. 3mm*3mm QFN 20L -40℃～85℃ 0 In the section of charge pump, high efficiency is achieved by utilizing a 1x/1.5x adaptive fractional conversion technique in combination with low dropout current regulator. The CP2168 provides up to 4 LED at 30mA each.
