General Description
The BL022A is a high performance, wideband, LNA GaAs E-pHEMT gain block that is ideal for applications demanding low noise and high linearity in a wideband of 50-6000 MHz.
The BL022A is internally matched to 50 Ohms and requires no external matching components.
