APL5336 Description
Provide Bi-direction Output Currents The APL5336 linear regulator is designed to provide a Sourcing and Sinking Current up to 1.5A regulated voltage with bi-direction output current for DDR- Built-In Soft-Start SDRAM termination voltage. The APL5336 integrates two Power-On-Reset Monitoring on VCNTL and VIN power transistors to source or sink load current up to Pins 1.5A.
