Ultra-Low Noise, 150mA/200mA/250mA, CMOS Linear Regulator
1. FEATURES
• Ultra-low noise: 13.5μV rms at VOUT = 3.3V 9.5µV rms at VOUT = 1.1V
• No noise bypass capacitor required
• Stable with 1μF ceramic input and output capacitors
• Maximum output current: 150mA (LD501L) 200mA (LD501M) 250mA (LD501P)
• Input voltage range: 2.2V to 5.5V
• Low quiescent current IGND = 12μA with IOUT = 0mA IGND = 170μA with IOUT = 150mA (LD501L) IGND = 200μA with IOUT = 200mA (LD501M) IGND = 229μA with IOUT = 250mA (LD501P)
• Low shutdown current: 0.25μA
• Low dropout voltage: VDROPOUT = 70mV with IOUT = 150mA (LD501L) VDROPOUT = 94mV with IOUT = 200mA (LD501M) VDROPOUT = 118mV with IOUT = 250mA (LD501P)
• Initial accuracy: ±1%
• Accuracy over line, load, and temperature: ±2.
