The HMC398QS16G & HMC398QS16GE are single chip GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCOs.

The HMC398QS16G & HMC398QS16GE integrate resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes and divide-by-8 prescalers.
