General Description

The AA104-73 is a 1 bit, GaAs IC FET digital attenuator in a low cost SOT-6 package.

This attenuator has up to 32 dB total attenuation.The attenuator requires two lines of voltage control.

The AA104-73 is particularly suited where high attenuation accuracy, low insertion loss and low 0.122 (3.10 mm) 0.106 (2.70 mm) 0.022 (0.61 mm) 0.004 (0.10 mm) intermodulation products are required.
