Key Features

  • The AOZ3101DI is a current-mode step down regulator.
  • 4.5V to 18V wide input voltage range with integrated high-side NMOS switch and low-side NMOS switch that operates up to 18V. The device is capable of supplying 2A of continuous output current with s an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8V. n Features include, enable control, Power-On Reset, input ig under-voltage lockout, output over-voltage protection, s internal soft-start and thermal shutdown. e The AOZ3101DI is available in a 3mm.
