General Description

The AOZ13929DI-01 is a protection switch intended for applications that require reverse current protection.

The input operating voltage range is between 3.4 V and 23 V, and both VIN and VOUT terminals are rated at 28 V Absolute Maximum.

The power switch is capable for 20 A surge current for 10 ms.
