General Description

TheA89500 is an N-channel power MOSFET driver capable of controlling MOSFETs connected in a half-bridge arrangement with up to 100 V bridge supply.

It is specifically designed for applications with high-power inductive loads, such as brush DC motors, solenoids, and actuators and is compatible with 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V power networks.

Internal logic prevents the gate drive outputs from turning on at the same time, preventing cross-conduction.
