ACPL-337J 4.0 Amp Gate Drive Optocoupler with Integrated (VCE) Desaturation Detection, Active Miller Clamping, Fault and UVLO Status Feedback Data Sheet Lead (Pb) Free RoHS 6 fully compliant RoHS 6 fully compliant.

Key Features
