General Description

APW8804 is a 3A synchronous buck converter with integrated 65m Ω high side and 55m Ω low side power MOSFETs.

The APW8804, design with a current-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 2.6V to 6V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 6V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.

The APW8804 is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM mode operation.
