General Description

The AAT8635 series are protection ICs designed to safeguard one-cell rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack against over charge, over discharge, over current, and short circuit.

The AAT8635 series use advanced high voltage CMOS process to provide high accuracy voltage detection and low current consumption.

The AAT8635 series incorporate a reference unit and three voltage detectors.
