TPA6531/TPA6532/TPA6534 5-V, 300-kHz GBWP, Low-Power Op Amps Features Description • Supply Voltage: 1.75 V to 5.5 V • Offset Voltage: ±1.5 mV Maximum • GPWP: 300 kHz, Slew Rate: 0.15 V/μs • Rail-to-Rail Input and Output • 0.1-Hz to 10-Hz Voltage Noise: 1 μVPP • No Significant Output Glitch when Power on and off • Low Power: 25 μA Maximum per Channel • −40°C to 125°C Operation Temperature Range Applications The TPA653x series op-amps are CMOS single, dual, and quad RRIO op-amps with low offset, low power, and stable high-frequency response. They incorporate 3PEAK’s proprietary and patented design techniques to achieve 300-kHz bandwidth, 0.15-V/μs slew rate, and low distortion while drawing only 25 μA of quiescent current per amplifier which is suitable for low-power applications.
