The TPA2031Q-S5TR-S is the newest parator with 55ns propagation delay. The device is optimized for single +3-V or +5-V operation. The input mon-mode range extends 100 m V beyond the rail, and the outputs is pushpull and can sink or source 1 m A to within 200 m V of the power supply rail.
