M/A-COM’s MASWSS0148 is a GaAs monolithic single pole single throw (SPST) terminated switch in a lead-free 3 mm 12-lead PQFN plastic package.

The MASWSS0148 is ideally suited for use where low power consumption, small size and high isolation are required.

  • High Isolation: 55 dB @ 2 GHz Insertion Loss: 1.6 dB @ 2 GHz Terminated RF Input in Isolation State Single Positive Control CMOS Compatible Logic Lead-Free 3 mm 12-Lead PQFN Package 100% Matte Tin Plating over Copper Halogen-Free “Green” Mold Compound RoHS.
  • Compliant and 260°C Reflow Compatible 1 VCTRL CBypass.
