TC74VHCV17FK TOSHIBA CMOS Digital Integrated Circuit Silicon Monolithic TC74VHCV17FK Hex Schmitt Buffer The TC74VHCV17FK is an advanced high speed CMOS SCHMITT BUFFER fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology.

It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.
