The Isolink packaged, beam-lead and zero-bias Schottky barrier detector diodes are designed for applications through the K band.

Packaged diodes are suitable for use in waveguide, coaxial, and stripline applications. The CDC and DDC series of Schottky diodes are especially well suited for use in Microwave Integrated Circuit (MIC) applications.
