Features
* fast load switch turn-on capability of 100µs and offers a shutdown load discharge circuit to rapidly turn off a load circuit when the switch is disabled. The quiescent supply current is very low, typically 25µA. The AAT4285 is available in a Pb-free, 8-pin SC70JW package and is specified over the -4Applications
* The MOSFET operates from a 3.0V to 13.2V input range making it ideal for applications in single or dual cell Lithium-Ion battery systems.
