The SP6686 is a current regulated charge pump ideal for powering high brightness LEDs for camera flash applications.

Output Current up to 480mA 10 VOUT VIN 1.
Up to 94% Efficiency in Torch Mode C1 2 SP6686 9 PGND.
Automatic Softstart limits inrush current 8 SGND C2 3.
Adjustable FLASH mode 10 Pin DFN 7 I FLASH 4 FB.
x1 and x2 Automatic Modes for High Efficiency 6 I EN 5 SET.
Minimum External Components: No Inductors.
High Frequency Operation: 2.4 MHz Now Available in Lead Free Packaging.
Low 50mV reference for low loss sensing.
