The ACT244 is an advanced CMOS OCTAL BUS BUFFER (3-STATE) fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology.

74ACT244 Applications

* mantaining high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL. G control output governs four BUS BUFFERs. This device is desibned to be used with 3 state memory address drivers, etc. The device is designed to interface directly High Speed CMOS systems with TTL, NMOS and CMOS output vol
