The RT6150A/B is a high efficiency, fixed frequency, BuckBoost DC-DC converter that operates from input voltages above, below or equal to the output voltage.

Features

include low shutdown current, internal soft-start control, thermal shutdown protection and current limit. The RT6150A is available in the WDFN-10L 3x3 package and the RT6150B is available in the WDFN-10L 2.5x2.5 package.
