Both sensor versions, waterproof and non-waterproof, are available in two different accuracy classes, HS41x1 and HS41x3. The MEMS sensor features a proprietary sensorlevel protection, ensuring high reliability and longterm stability. Integrated calibration using a NIST traceable and verified production setup that is calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025 standards and temperature-compensation logic provides fully corrected RH.
