ROHM’s BD71L4L-1 series is highly accurate and low current Over Voltage Detector IC.

It is an N-Channel Open-Drain output type with detection voltage of 4.05V and hysteresis voltage of 30mV.

It is most suitable for monitoring the charge of a lithium-ion battery.
