BYV92, VERY FAST SOFT-RECOVERY DIODES

VERY FAST SOFT-RECOVERY DIODES High-efficiency rectifier diodes in 00-5 metal envelopes, featuring low forward voltage drop, high reverse voltage capability, very fast reverse recovery times and non-snap-off characteristics.

They are intended for use in switched-mode power supplies and high-frequency inverter circuits, in general, where high output voltages and low conduction and switching losses are essential.
